In the development process for cleanroom solutions, there comes a decisive moment when theory and practice collide. Despite detailed planning and precise manufacturing, real-world testing on the actual structure often yields the most valuable insights.
For this reason, we at sphairlab have built a small dummy cleanroom to test new concepts directly during the construction phase. The result: planning and manufacturing were excellent and yet, through the practical setup, we identified numerous further opportunities for optimization.

Learning by Doing

This process underscores how important practical testing is for the further development of our products. Only by handling, testing, and adjusting can we ensure that our cleanroom solutions function perfectly not just in theory, but also in practice.
The insights gained are directly incorporated into the further development of our textile cleanrooms for even better, more efficient, and more customer-oriented solutions.
