How strong is the fabric?

One of the most frequently asked questions when planning a sphairlab is: How resistant is the textile? In order to provide a well-founded answer to this question, we carried out a detailed material test together with our partners at evos GmbH, using a standardized test procedure to examine the mechanical strength of the textile of our cleanroom tents.

We used a tensile testing machine to test the tear resistance of both the material and the seams. The results show: Our specially developed textile can withstand considerable forces and meets the high requirements for use in cleanrooms in accordance with ISO 14644-1, controlled environments and machine enclosures.
