Joint Company Excursion

Yesterday, together with evos GmbH, we went on a special company excursion that gave us a glimpse into the history and technology of the government bunker in Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler.

The day began with a hearty breakfast before we set off for the main event: a guided tour of the still-preserved bunker facilities. During the tour, we gained insights not only into the impressive engineering of the facility but also into its historical significance. The history of the bunker extends far beyond its technical construction and touches on key topics such as the development of the Federal Republic of Germany, the Cold War, and some of the nation’s best-kept state secrets.
The tour was fascinating, thought-provoking, and at times even shocking. Even during the lunch that followed, we continued to discuss what we had learned in depth.
The visit was well worth it for us in every respect: We’re taking away not only new knowledge but also a shared experience that brings our team even closer together.
