Machine introduction in the sphairlab

Flexible solutions for textile cleanrooms

The integration of large machines and components into a cleanroom presents many companies with challenges. Does the cleanroom have to be built around the machine? Or are there other solutions?

With textile cleanrooms from sphairlab, there are numerous flexible options for retrofitting machines into an existing cleanroom. Thanks to modular wall and ceiling systems, cleanrooms can be adapted to specific requirements:

- Side walls with zippers: Large wall surfaces can be temporarily opened and securely closed again after the machine has been brought in.
- Ceiling openings for cranes: machines or large components can be brought in through the ceiling without having to dismantle the entire cleanroom.
- Portals with theater curtains: Flexible openings allow large parts to be brought in regularly and can be used as an airlock.

After the machine has been brought in, it is advisable to clean and re-qualify the cleanroom in accordance with ISO 14644 or GMP guidelines. Textile cleanrooms therefore offer an efficient and adaptable alternative to fixed constructions - ideal for companies that want to work flexibly and economically.
