New Cleanroom for Medtech

A new cleanroom was successfully installed at the Bergisch Gladbach site on behalf of Prothea Technologies GmbH. The cleanroom solution was implemented in an existing room previously used as an office and individually adapted to the structural conditions.

The textile cleanroom cabin has an area of approx. 35 m² and has an integrated personnel airlock. The design makes full use of the existing ceiling height and the available space. Despite the large window areas, the requirements for air purity in accordance with ISO 14644-1 Class 7 were met.

Thanks to the modular design, the cleanroom could be erected free-standing in the room without making any structural changes to the existing infrastructure. The implementation demonstrates the high adaptability of textile cleanroom systems - especially in limited or already used spaces.
