Participation in Coach2Change

Project description

sphairlab GmbH is participating in the Coach2Change funding project, which is co-financed by the Ministry of Labor, Health, and Social Affairs of North Rhine-Westphalia (MAGS NRW) and the European Union. The project aims to strengthen market and competence development for modular cleanroom solutions and to tap into new target industries such as semiconductor technology, battery cell manufacturing, and pharmaceuticals.

Main objective of the project

The main objective of Coach2Change is to optimize the market positioning of sphairlab GmbH and to create sustainable structures for tapping into new markets. Professional coaching by Lorenz.hr will be used to build up specific competencies in order to establish sphairlab's innovative cleanroom solutions in future-oriented industries. At the same time, an agile corporate and growth culture will be promoted that meets the requirements of dynamic markets.

Expected results

The project aims to achieve the following results:

• Clear and differentiated positioning of sphairlab's modular cleanroom solutions in the target industries.
• Development of specific industry expertise and establishment of new contacts and market access.
• Implementation of sustainable processes and AI-supported tools for efficient sales and marketing strategies.
• Strengthening employee skills in the areas of market development, agile methods, and change management.
