Quick cleanroom solutions

When a customer needs a cleanroom with an airlock on short notice, every minute counts. In such cases, a prefabricated, ready-to-use cleanroom proves invaluable - like our trade show exhibit, which is already certifiable as a fully functional ISO 14644-1 Class 7 cleanroom.
This 3 m x 3 m x 3 m room, including an airlock, has already been showcased at various events, most recently at the Aachen Entrepreneurs’ Day in the Coronation Hall of Aachen City Hall. For our current project, it was delivered, set up, and put into operation as a SaS 2-class cleanroom within a single day. This makes it not only sphairlab’s fastest-ever project but also our first leased cleanroom system. The customer will initially use the room for three months, with an option to extend.
