Successful doctorate
Congratulations to Max Lindemann on passing his thesis defense

Sphairlab GmbH congratulates its managing director Max Lindemann on successfully completing his doctorate! Yesterday, he gave his doctoral lecture at the Institute for Applied Medical Technology at RWTH Aachen University and defended his dissertation on the topic:
“Models for Simulating Magnetic Drug Targeting in Tumors”
Research for cancer therapy
In his work, Max Lindemann developed computer-aided simulation models that investigate the targeted delivery of drugs to tumor tissue using magnetic nanoparticles. This innovative method could significantly increase the precision and effectiveness of cancer therapies - an important step for medical research.
The dissertation combines theoretical physics with image processing methods in medicine and shows how simulations can support the development of new therapeutic approaches.
A personal and scientific milestone
Max Lindemann's doctorate is the result of years of dedicated research work. “It was a challenging but incredibly exciting time. I am grateful for the support of my supervisors and colleagues,” says Max Lindemann.
Special thanks go to the Institute for Applied Medical Technology at RWTH Aachen University and the examination board for their valuable suggestions and constructive support during the doctoral process.
Future plans: research and innovation
Although Max Lindemann's research was conducted independently of sphairlab GmbH's cleanroom solutions, his doctorate underscores the company's commitment to scientific excellence and innovation. sphairlab GmbH is delighted to have Max Lindemann on its team as an expert who bridges the gap between basic research and applied technology.
The entire sphairlab GmbH team is proud of this success and looks forward to the next steps - both in research and in the further development of the company.
